Growing up in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area has provided Kris with a solid knowledge base.  She has specialized in residential properties, assisting both buyers and sellers across the "Valley of the Sun", dating back to the 80's,

She continually attends classes and seminars to keep her ideas fresh and knowledge sharp.  Kris' ability to plan, stage, and market properties has served her client's well.  By keeping current on both the state of the market and current real estate trends, Kris is able to share important information with her clients; allowing them to make sound decisions regarding their individual needs and situations.
